Mission & Services: 

Our Health is a non-profit community agency organized to improve the community health of citizens in Winchester and Clarke and Frederick counties. As a catalyst and facilitator, Our Health works to increase care and services coordination, minimize duplication and enhance collaboration between non-profit health and human services organizations, so they can effectively expand their services.

What is the Community Services Campus (CSC)?

The Community Services Campus houses public and private non-profit community service organizations dedicated to healthcare and health related social issues. An enormous benefit to the community is the central co-location of these agencies, enabling those who need support services, to access numerous programs they need via, a "one-stop" treatment and service experience. 

What is Our Health's relationship with the CSC?

The Community Services Campus is the initial top priority of Our Health. Our Health has offices in the facility, and owns and manages the buildings for its partner agencies.
