Teams are needed-$125.00 a player or $600.00 buys a golf slot which displays one sign on a tee box and entry for a team of four players.

All proceeds from this event are used to support essential operating expenses of the Our Health Community Campus which houses seven non-profit agencies. Funds allow Our Health to strengthen their commitment to connect partners to community needs.
